KASTURI DOODH Recipe by Rida Aftab in Tarka

Ingredients:
Pistachios     50 gms
Almonds     50 gms
Milk         1 litre
Khoya     1 cup
Sugar          2 tbsp
Condensed Milk      ½ cup
Cardamom Powder    ¼ tsp
Saffron     ½ tsp
Kewra Essence    1 tsp

Method:
•    In a pan, boil milk.
•    Add sugar, saffron and cook.
•    Then add almonds, finely chopped pistachios and cook well.
•    Now add khoya, condensed milk and mix serve hot.
