Keri Chawal Recipe

Ingredients
Raw Mangoes (Grated ) 3-4
Boiled Sela Rice 300 grams
Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
Whole Red Chilies 5-6
Bengal Gram ½ cup
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Peanuts ½ cup
Curry Leaves 3-4
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Green Chilies 3-4
Coconut 2- 3 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil, heat the oil add 3-4 curry leaves add 1 tsp of mustard seeds and 5-6 whole red chilies when it popping add 1 tbsp of ginger paste add ½ cup of Bengal gram, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, ½ cup of peanuts, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, 2-3tbsp of coconut, and add to taste salt mix it well and cook. Now add 3-4 grated raw mangoes and fry. Now add 300 grams of boiled sela rice and as required water mix it well and cook. When the rice is done add 3-4 green chilies mix it well steam it when the steam is done take it out in a serving platter and serve it hot.
