- Raw Mangoes1 Kg
- Lemons4
- Water2 liter
- Sugar1 kg
- Black salta pinch
- Mint leavesfew
Recipe Method
- Peel the raw mangoes and boil them 1 liter water. Remove them with the stove and cool it. Deseed them and blend the pulp. Add in 1 kg sugar and cook it on the slow flame. When the sugar dissolves, cool it and add in lemon juice and black salt . cool it add in water and serve.
