Keri Ka Sharbat

Ingredients:

  • Raw Mango ½ kg
  • Sugar ½ kg
  • Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
  • Ice Cubes as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take a ½ kg of row mango peel off and boil it.
  2. When the row mango is soft peel off and separate the pulp
  3. Add ½ kg of sugar add to taste salt mix it well cook until its thicken.
  4. Now add 4 tbsp of lemon juice mix it well and let it cool down.
  5. Now pour all the mixture into bottle.
  6. When need take 2 tbsp of juice, as required ice cubes and water mix it well and serve it.
