Ingredients:
- Raw Mango ½ kg
- Sugar ½ kg
- Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
- Ice Cubes as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a ½ kg of row mango peel off and boil it.
- When the row mango is soft peel off and separate the pulp
- Add ½ kg of sugar add to taste salt mix it well cook until its thicken.
- Now add 4 tbsp of lemon juice mix it well and let it cool down.
- Now pour all the mixture into bottle.
- When need take 2 tbsp of juice, as required ice cubes and water mix it well and serve it.
