Khagina
Ingredients:
Eggs (lightly beaten) 4
Oil ΒΌ cup
Onions (finely chopped) 1 cup
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Green Chilies (finely chopped) 2
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Tomato (chopped) 1
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions well.
Add the turmeric powder, chili powder and the green chillies, fry for half a minute, and then add the eggs and the seasoning.
Stir and cook till the eggs to thicken, and then add the coriander leaves.
Serve hot with bread or chapattis.
