Ingredients:
- Dates (Without Seeds) 1 cup
- Tomato Paste ½ cup
- Roasted And Crushed Cumin 1 tsp
- Brown Sugar 2-3 tbsp
- Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a cooking pan add 2 tbsp of oil, as required water, 1 cup of without seed dates, ½ cup of tomato paste
- Add 1 tsp of roasted and crushed cumin, 2-3 tbsp of brown sugar, 2-3 tbsp of vinegar
- Add to taste salt and mix it well cook until the mixture is thick.
- When its ready take it out in a serving platter and set aside.
