Ingredients:
- Green Gram Lentil 250 gms
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 2
- Dried Fenugreek 6
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Garlic (chopped) 1tsp
- Cumin Seeds (roasted) 2 tsp
- Finely Chooped Gingers 2tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1/2tsp
- Tamarind Pulp 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- In a pan, add green gram lentil, water and cook.
- When lentil cook well and removes from the stove.
- Now heat oil add onion and fry.
- Then add chopped garlic, tomato, finely chopped ginger, turmeric,roasted cumin seeds, garam masala powder, red chili powder, salt, dried chilies and fry well.
- Now add this masala in lentil and mix.
- Add tamarind Pulp.
- In the end, removes from the stove and now take it out in a dish.
- Sprinkles roasted cumin seeds and serve.
- Khara Masala Moong Daal is ready.
