Ingredients:
- Mince ½ kg
- Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
- Green Chilies 12
- Onions 250 gms
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Whole Coriander 1 tbsp
- Red Chili (crushed) 2tsp
- Black Pepper(crushed) 1 tsp
- Yogurt 250 gms
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- Marinate mince with yogurt, ginger garlic, salt mix and leave it.
- Now heat oil, add mince and fry in high flame.
- After this, add cumin seeds, whole coriander and green chilies.
- Now cut onion in omelet shape and add this.
- Add garam masala powder, red chili, black pepper, coriander leaves and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Removes from the stove.
- Now add take it out, sprinkles ginger and serve.
