Khara Qeema By Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
  • Green Chilies 12
  • Onions 250 gms
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Whole Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili (crushed)  2tsp
  • Black Pepper(crushed) 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 250 gms
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:

  1. Marinate mince with yogurt, ginger garlic, salt mix and leave it.
  2. Now heat oil, add mince and fry in high flame.
  3. After this, add cumin seeds, whole coriander and green chilies.
  4. Now cut onion in omelet shape and add this.
  5. Add garam masala powder, red chili, black pepper, coriander leaves and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Removes from the stove.
  7. Now add take it out, sprinkles ginger and serve.
