Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Flour ½ cup
- Egg 1 beaten
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Ghee 6 tbsp
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Milk 150 ml
Method:
- Sieve flour and baking powder.
- Add salt, ghee and cumin seeds.
- Mix very well.
- Make into a dough using milk and egg.
- Keep aside covered for 30 mins.
- Flatten and roll out each round into flat 5 inch disc.
- Cook as parathas.
- Khasta paratha should be crisp.
