Ingredients:
- Beef (With Fat ) ½ kg
- Masoor Daal 250 grams
- Split Orange Gram 100 gram
- Spinach 150 grams
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Onion 2
- Green Chilies 5-6
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- All spice Powder 1tbsp
- Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Whole Red Chilies 4-5
- Curry Leaves 2
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Tamarind Paste 4 tbsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For lentil preparation:
- Take 4 tbsp of cooking oil in a cooking pan 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and 2 onions and fry.
- Now add ½ kg of beef (with fat) and roasted and as required water to tender and set aside.
- Take 100 grams of split Bengal gram , 250 grams of split orange gram add 1 tbsp of red chili powder
- Add 1 tbsp of all spice powder
- Add to taste salt add 1 tbsp of garlic paste add little bit of water and cook.
- Take another cooking pan add 4 tbsp of butter add 150 grams of finely chopped spinach and sauté
- Then add it to the lentils and cook 20 -25 minutes leave it.
- Now continuously stirring add 4-5 whole green chilies and 4 tbsp of tamarind pulp mix it well
- Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes and take it out in a serving bowl.
- For bhaghar : take a cooking pan add oil and butter heat it
- Add 1 tsp of add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 curry leaves, make it bhaghar.
- Now add it to the lentil and serve it.
