Khatta Meetha Raita
Ingredients
Yogurt 2 cups
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Mint Leave Paste ½ cup
Coriander ½ bunch
Green Chilies 3-4
Onion 1
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Lemon Juice ½ cup
salt to taste
Method
First take 1 onion and 3-4 cloves of garlic and fry. Now add 2 cups of yogurt, 1 tbsp of brown sugar , 2 tbsp of honey , ½ cup mint leaves paste, ½ bunch of coriander , 3-4 green chilies , ½ cup of lemon juice and add to taste. Now take 1 fried onion and 3-4 tbsp add into the blender and blend with some water and make it paste and take it out and mix it in the yogurt mixture. At last take it out in a serving bowl and serve it.
