Khatti Meethi Chaat

Ingredients:

 

  • Boil chickpeas          ½ kg
  • Mustard oil              ½ cup
  • Tamarind pulp        ½ cup
  • Sugar                         2tsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1tsp
  • Salt                             1tsp
  • Onion sliced             2
  • Green chilies sliced 4
  • Boil potatoes           250gm
  • Garlic ground          1tsp
  • Black pepper           1tsp
  • Lemon                       4

 

Method:

  1. Heat mustard oil in a pan fry onion and garlic ground.
  2. Now add all spices and sugar and roast well.
  3. Now mix boil chickpeas and potatoes.
  4. Now add green chilies , coriander , lemon juice.
  5.   Lastly add tamarind paste , onions and tomatoes mix and serve .
