Ingredients:
- Boil chickpeas ½ kg
- Mustard oil ½ cup
- Tamarind pulp ½ cup
- Sugar 2tsp
- Red pepper crushed 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Onion sliced 2
- Green chilies sliced 4
- Boil potatoes 250gm
- Garlic ground 1tsp
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Lemon 4
Method:
- Heat mustard oil in a pan fry onion and garlic ground.
- Now add all spices and sugar and roast well.
- Now mix boil chickpeas and potatoes.
- Now add green chilies , coriander , lemon juice.
- Lastly add tamarind paste , onions and tomatoes mix and serve .
