Khayshki sawiyyan:

Ingredients:

250 grm roasted vermicelli (roughly broken)
3/4 cup sugar
3-4 green cardamom
1/4 cup ghee
1cup water
2tbsp Almond and pistachio (crushed)

Method:

First Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and water In a sauce pan and keep it on side.
Melt ghee in a sauce pan and fry green cardamom for few seconds, add vermicelli and fry for another 2-3 minute until nice aroma comes.
Add sugar syrup and cook slowly until vermicelli absorbs syrup and soft
Cover pan for 4-5 minutes for dum.
Dish it out with garnish of crushed almonds and pistachio.
