Kheer Recipe by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Milk 2liter
  • Condensed Milk 1tin
  • Green Cadman 8
  • Qalaqand 1 cup
  • Rice ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Almonds/Pistachio Nuts to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the rice then leave it for 15mins.
  2. In a pan add milk and cook it till it gets thick.
  3. Add wet rice, green Cadman and sugar cook it as well as stir the spoon.
  4. When all the things merged well, then close the stove.
  5. Cool it for 15mins then add condensed milk.
  6. Mix it with Almonds & Pistachio Nuts then dish out it in pottery & Freeze it.
  7. Add crushed Qalaqand on it.
  8. In last, decorate it with Almonds/ Pistachio Nuts, Silver leaf & serve it.
