Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 2
- Yogurt 125 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Carom seeds ¼ tsp
- Nutmeg mace powder ¼ tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Mint leaves ¼ bunch
- Big green chilies 3 – 4
- Salt to taste
- Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
- Khoya 125 gm
Method:
- Cut 2 chicken breasts into small cubes, heat 2 – 3 tbsp oil in a wok
- Add in 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and boneless chicken pieces, fry well till golden brown.
- In a bowl mix together 125 gm yogurt, ¼ tsp ground carom seeds
- Add ¼ tsp nutmeg mace powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper and ½ tsp turmeric.
- Now add whipped yogurt to chicken with ¼ cup of water.
- Cook till water dries out.
- Lastly add ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, ¼ bunch of mint leaves, 3 – 4 chopped green chilies and 125 gm khoya. Mix well.
- Now dish it out and serve hot.
