Ingredients
Dried Apricot 250 grams
Khoya 250 grams
Green Cardamoms 2-3
Cream ½ cup
Almonds 50 grams
Sugar 4-5 tbsp
Clarified Butter ½ cup
Method
Take 250 grams of dried apricots boil into water when it softens separate pulp and seeds. Take a cooking pan add ½ cup of clarified butter2-3 cloves , 2-3 green cardamoms, when its popping add apricot pulp and 4-5 tbsp of sugar, mix it well when its roasted add 250 grams of khoya and cook. At last take it out in serving bowl garnish with ½ cup of cream, 50 grams almonds and serve it.
