Ingredients:
- For Meat Balls
- Beef Mince (With 50 grams of fat) ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Egg 1
- Bread Slices 2-3
- Finely Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt to taste
- Coriander (Chopped) for garnish
- For Chana Masala
- Bengal Gram 250 grams
- Onion 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Tomatoes 2-3
- Tomato Paste ½ cup
- All Spice Powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies 5-6
- Roasted & Crushed Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Coriander ½ bunch
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For Meat Balls:
- Take a chopper add ½ kg of beef mince (with 50 grams of fat), 1 onion, 1 egg, 2-3 bread slice
- Add 1tbsp of finely chopped garlic, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder
- Add 1 tsp of crushed black pepper and add to taste salt mix it to a make paste.
- Now make meat balls then take a cooking pan fry the meat balls in a pan on a low flame and set aside.
- For Chana Gravy: Take 250 grams of chick peas wash it add 2 tsp of turmeric powder, boil it hard.
- Now take a cooking pan add 1 cup of oil, heat the oil 2 onions fry until its golden brown
- Add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste mix it and roasted then add 1 tbsp of all spice powder, 1tbsp of coriander powder, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 5-6 green chilies
- Add 1tsp roasted &crushed cumin, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper and add to taste salt cook 2-3 minutes.
- When all the spices are dry add 2-3 finely chopped tomatoes, ½ cup of tomato paste mix it well when all spices are cooked
- Add 250 grams of boiled chick peas, and fried meat balls cook until the chickpeas are cooked.
- Now the gravy is done take it out in a serving dish and garnish with ½ bunch of coriander.
