Ingredients:
- Chicken (boneless) ½ kg
- Onions (fried) 1 cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
- For Gravy:
- Spinach Paste (boiled) 1 kg
- Yogurt 250 gms
- Onions Paste 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2tsp
- Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilies 10
- Fenugreek Seeds 4 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
1. In a chopper, add boneless chicken and fried onions chopped well.
2. Now add salt, ginger garlic, salt, garam masala and makes koftay.
For Gravy
1. In a pan, heat oil add onions paste, When onions until brown then add ginger garlic paste , red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin seeds, salt, fenugreek seeds and fry well.
2. When oil surfaces, add koftay and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Then add boiled pinach paste cook on low flame for half an hour.
4. Add green chilies, cover it for 10 minutes on low flame and removes from the stove.
5. Kofta Palak ready.
