Korean Chicken By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless cut in cubes ½ kg
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Salt half tsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Ginger powder half tsp
  • Corn flour half cup
  • Baking powder half tsp

 

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Sweet chili sauce ¼ cup
  • Sambal Oleak 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken cubes with milk salt black pepper , ginger powder, keep it for 30 mins, take corn flour mix in it salt, black pepper, baking powder dip chicken pieces in this and deep fry,

 

Method for sauce:

  1. Heat oil add in all the seasonings sauces, garlic paste, add fried chicken stir and remove garnish with sesame seeds.
