Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Tomatoes (slices) ½ kg
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies 10
- Finely Chopped Lemons 4
- Cumin Seeds (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Whole Corinader (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Carom Seeds ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder 1tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Ginger 4 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Ghee ½ cup
- Coal 1
Method:
- Heat coal.
- Now in a wok, add ghee , coal and cover it.
- Then add chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now add tomatoes, finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped lemons, chopped cumin seeds, chopped whole coriander, chopped carom seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and cover it for 20 minutes.
- Then add chicken and fry well, take it out.
- In the end, add ginger and serve.
