Ingredients:
- Mince ½ kg
- Egg 1
- Fried Onion 4
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Raw Papaya 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Mace ¼ tsp
- Nutmeg ¼ tsp
- Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
- Coal 1
Method:
1. In a blender, add mince, fried onion, raw papaya and blended well.
2. In a mince add nutmeg ,mace, egg, garam masala powder, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, cardamom powder,salt and mix.
3. Now make kabab.
4. In a pan, heat oil and fry kabab, give coal steam.
