Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
Ginger garlic 1 ½ tsp
Coconut milk 1 cup
Tomatoes 2
Green chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
Raw onion grinded 1
Red chilies garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Method
Boil chicken in 1 cup water with ginger garlic paste, keep aside. Heat oil ½ cup add grinded onion, fry for 5 minutes. Put coconut milk in a pan with green and red chili garlic sauce, coriander powder, salt, cumin and cook till thick, add boiled chicken with turmeric, lastly add brown onion, cook till thick. Remove.
