Kunna Masala

Ingredients:

  • Black cumin 6 tbsp
  • Nutmeg 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 8 tbsp
  • Whole black pepper 2 tbsp
  • Star anise 2
  • Cloves 1 tbsp
  • Small cardamom 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. On a flat pan add 6 tbsp black cumin, 1 tbsp nut meg
  2. Add 8 tbsp whole coriander, 2 tbsp whole black pepper
  3. Add 2 star anise, 1 tbsp clove and 1 tbsp small cardamom to suate.
  4. Then grind them in a grinder.
