Ingredients:
- All Purpose Flour ½ kg
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Milk as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take ½ kg of all purpose flour add 2-3 tbsp of butter and to taste salt mix it well with as required milk to make a dough. Now make small balls.
- Then with the help of hands roll it long. Now heat the tawa pan or fry pan rolls it with the help of rolling pin.
- Then toast it the roti. Now laacha roti is ready.
