Laacha Roti Recipe

Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour                                                     ½ kg
  • Butter                                                                          2-3 tbsp
  • Milk                                                                                       as required
  • Salt                                                                               to taste

Method:

  1. Take ½ kg of all purpose flour
  2. Add 2-3 tbsp of butter and to taste salt mix it well with as required milk to make a dough.
  3. Now make a small balls.
  4. Then with the help of hands roll it long.
  5. Now heat the tawa pan or fry pan roll it with the help of rolling pin.
  6. Then toast it the roti. Now laacha roti is ready.
