Lagan k Kabab
Ingredients:
Beef (mince) 1 kg
Onions (Grinded) 2-3
Onions (Chopped) 2
Green Chilies 4-5
Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsps
Whole Spices Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Oil For fry
For Lagan
Oil 1/2 cup
Tomatoes (Grinded) 1 kg
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Cloves 5-6
Cinnamon Sticks 2-3
Salt to taste
For Bhagaar
Oil 1/4 cup
Cumin Seeds 2 tsps
Brown Onions 1/2 cup
Ginger for garnishing
Method:
Put all the ingredients into the mince and make balls. Then fry those balls in some oil. Heat oil in a pan and put grinded tomatoes into the pan simmer it and add dry spices mentioned above. When the sauce is ready oil comes up add in the kababs and cook for a while.
