Lahori Harisa Recipe – Lively Weekend

Lahori Harisa
Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2kg
Wheat (boiled) 1-1/2 kg
Green Chili (grounded) 1 tbsps
Yogurt 1-1/2 kg
Beef (mince) 1-1/2 kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsps
Pollack (boiled) 1-1/2 kg
Oil 1 cup
Chicken Hara Masala 1 packet
Onion 1
Lemon for Garnish
Green Coriander for Garnish
Green Chili for Garnish
Chat Masala for Garnish
Method:
Heat the oil and fry onion in it till brown. Then add chicken, ginger garlic paste, green chili , one glass of water, and separate 1 tsp of chicken hara masala and add remaining as well and let it cook on medium flam. When Chicken is tender then roast and ground the wheat add with 1 glass of water. Now let it cook for more 30 minutes. 1 tsp of chicken hara masala put in beef mince and ground finally. Then make a kabab of this mince and fry. Now stove of harisa close and add kababs and remaining oil. In the end garnish with green chili, green coriander and lemon then serve hot.
