Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Tomato (chopperized) half kg
- Onion slices 1 cup
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Red pepper (crushed) 1 ½ tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Water 2 cups
- Garlic Water half cup
- Yogurt 1 cup heaped
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Green chilies (chopped) 3
- Ginger (sliced) 2 tbsp
- Butter 8 oz
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Allspice half tsp
- Crushed coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Method:
- In pressure cooker puts 2 cup water with mutton, tomatoes, slice onion salt chili powder, crush red pepper, pressure cook for 20 min until just tender.
- Remove in a karahi add butter with mutton, yoghurt, keep frying till oils comes on top lastly add black pepper, allspice, crush coriander seeds green chilies and coriander leave.
