Ingredients:
- Beef trotter’s 2 pieces
- Bong 2-1/2 – 3 kg
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder 3 tsp
- Cumin 2 tbsp
- Garlic 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon sticks 2 pieces
- Star anise 1
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Red chilli flakes 1tbsp
- Cloves 2-3
- Black cardamom 1
- Oil 1 cup
- Black pepper powder 2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 2 tbsp
Method:
- In large pan add beef trotters and bong.
- Add all spices with garlic then add 8-10 glass of water and
- cook for ½ hr . After ½ hr add 1 cup oil and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Now fill half the cooker with water and let it pressure cook for 1-1/2 hour.
- Now take all the bones out and add garam masala and black pepper to the
- bongh and trotter gravy. Now cook for another 20 minutes on low flame.
- When oil comes on the top, put off the stove and serve with hot.
