Lamb and Green Olive Stew

Ingredients:

  • Mutton                                                                       ½ kg
  • Green Olives                                                             ½ cup
  • Crushed Ginger Garlic                                            1 tbsp
  • Chopped Tomatoes                                                2
  • Potato                                                                         1
  • Chopped Carrot                                                       1
  • Whole Red Chilies                                                   6-8
  • All Spice Powder                                                      ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon                                                                  2 sticks
  • Cloves                                                                          6
  • Green Cardamoms                                                  6
  • Black Pepper                                                             ½ tsp
  • Oil                                                                                 as required
  • Salt                                                                               to taste

Method:

  1. Take a big cooking pan add as required water, 1 tbsp of crushed ginger garlic,
  2. Add ½ kg of mutton, 6 green cardamom , 2 sticks of cinnamon, 6 cloves , 6-8whole red chilies
  3. Add as required oil until the mutton is tender
  4. Add  ½ tsp of all spice powder, add to taste mix it well and roasted
  5. Now add 1 potato, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 carrot and ½ cup of olives
  6. Now cook until its gravy is thick and take it out in a serving bowl and serve it.
