Ingredients:
- Lamb Chops 1 kg
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Black pepper (ground) ½ tsp
- Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Water 1 ½ cup
- For Honey & Saffron Sauce:
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Saffron a pinch
- Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Mint leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Fries to serve
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chops with all the ingredients
- Then cook it in 1 ½ cup water till the chops are tender and dry
- Add ¼ cup oil and fry chops for 5 minutes. Lastly give dum on coal.
- For sauce:
- Add all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 2 minutes, add in chopped mint leaves .
- Drizzle this sauce on chops and serve with fries.
