LAMP ARRABIATA
Ingredients:
Sheep ½ kg
Boiled Pasta 1 packet
Onion 1
Garlic 4 cloves
Red Chillies(crushed) 4
Tomatoes Paste 1 cup
Finely Chopped Black Olives 4 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Black Pepper (Crushed) 1 tsp
Parsley 2 tbsp
Butter 50 gms
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
METHOD:
Heat 2 tbsp oil add 50 gms heat of butter and fry onion until light brown.Now add this ½ sheep cut into small pieces and add 4 garlic cloves mix well. When little fry add this 1 cup of warm water let this chopped simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Add this 1 cup tomatoes paste, 1 tsp black pepper crushed ½ tsp salt and add 1 packet of boiled pasta. Now cook for 1 minutes add 2 tbsp parsely, 4 tbsp finely chopped black olives, 1 tbsp vinegar and add this red chillies crushed.
