Ingredients:
- Bottle gourd 1 kg
- Whole red chilies 8-10
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Lemons 2
- Green chilies 2
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel 1 kg bottle gourd and cut it into pieces.
- Take ½ kg oil in the pan and add in bottle gourd and stir fry it.
- Now add in 8-10 whole red chilies, 1 tsp cumin, salt and cover the pan.
- Cook it on a low flame.
- When the water dries, add in lemon juice and 4 chopped green chilies.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.
