Talhar Chilies 5-6
Onion 1
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
Tamarind Paste 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
5-6 Talhar chilies soak when its soft make a paste and add 1 onion and 4-5 garlic cloves roast it slightly and mix it well add 2-3 tbsp of tamarind pulp as required salt , 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of fish sauce mix it well anhd blend it. At last roast it and serve it coconut red chili rooti.
