Ingredients:
- 500 gm White Fish boneless
- 2-3 Spring Onion sliced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
- 1-2 Bread Slices
- 2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
- 1 Fresh Green Chili chopped
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Lemon Zest
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Cut the fish into chunks then place in a food processor
- Add the spring onion, cilantro, red curry paste, green chilli, lime zest
- Add lemon juice to the fish, season with salt, process until finely ground.
- Then divide the mixture into equal balls and shape each one into a kabab.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, fry kabab for 6-8 mint untill evenly browned on each side.
- Serve hot with any sauce.
