Machli kay kabab

Ingredients:

  • 500 gm White Fish boneless
  • 2-3 Spring Onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
  • 1-2 Bread Slices
  • 2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 1 Fresh Green Chili chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut the fish into chunks then place in a food processor
  2. Add the spring onion, cilantro, red curry paste, green chilli, lime zest
  3. Add lemon juice to the fish, season with salt, process until finely ground.
  4. Then divide the mixture into equal balls and shape each one into a kabab.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry kabab for 6-8 mint untill evenly browned on each side.
  6. Serve hot with any sauce.
