Makhni Handi Kofta

Ingredients:

  • For Koftay
  • Boneless Chicken ½ kg
  • Onion1
  • Green Chillies 6
  • Cumin Seeds  1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Ingredients For Gravy
  • Onions 250 gms
  • Yogurt 250 gms
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Butter 50 gms
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red Chillies (crushed) 2 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:

  1. For koftay:
  2. In a chopper add all the given ingredients, chopped well and make the koftay.
  3. Then heat oil add koftay fry and take it out.
  4. For gravy:
  5. Heat oil and butter add onion and take it out.
  6. Now in a  blender, add yogurt, garam masala powder cream, salt, red chillies and blended well.
  7. Then in the remaining oil add masala, koftay and cook.
  8. After this, when boil comes add 1-1/2 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Removes from the stove.
