Ingredients:
- Fish (Bone less) 1 kg
- Butter 100 gms
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Fried Onions 4 tbsp
- Dessicated Coconut 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Cardamoms 4
- Cloves 4
- Curry Leaves 6
- Green Chilies 6
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Button Red Chilies 4
- Chopped Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Mint Leaves 1 cup
- Lemon Slices 2
Method:
- In a blender, add fried onions
- Add dessicated coconut, turmeric powder, green chilies and salt blend well.
- Now in a pan, heat oil, add chopped garlic, when aroma comes
- Add masala powder, cumin seeds, cloves, curry leaves and button red chilies.
- Add, boneless fish and cover it, let it cook on med flame for 10 minutes.
- When fish tenders, add butter, lemon slices, mint leaves, cream and removes from the stove.
