Ingredients:
- Meat Chops and meat pieces mix 1 kg
- Onions 2
- Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All Spice Powder ½ tsp
- Whole Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Papaya 2 tsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Yogurt 375g
- Ghee 1 cup
- Coal 1 piece
Method:
- In 1 kg meat, add 375g yogurt, 1 cup cream, 2 tsp papaya and 1 tsp salt and put it on the fridge.
- Now heat 1 cup ghee and add yogurt on the meat and cover it so that it gets done.
- Then heat oil and add 2 onions and make them brown.
- Now add 2 tsp ginger garlic, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp all spice powder and ½ tsp whole black pepper and cook it.
- Now add prepared meat and put it on simmer for 10 minutes and in the end give smoke of coal.
- Malai Gosht is ready.
