Ingredients:
Rice ½ cup
Milk 2 litre
Condensed Milk 1 tin
Khoya 1 cup
Cream 2 cup
Sugar 2 cup
Green Cardamoms 4
Saffron ½ tsp
Finely Chopped Almonds , Pistachios ½ cup
Semolina ½ cup
Method:
• In a pan, boil milk.
• Add semolina and soaked rice.
• Now blend in milk, cook on low flame.
• When they mixtures are thick,add sugar, cardamoms, saffron and cook on low flame.
• After this, add khoya, cream and removes from the stove.
• In the end, take it out in a dish.
• Sprinkles finely chopped almonds, pistachios and serve.
