Ingredients:
- Milk 1 Liter
- Cream 1 packet
- Whole dried milk 1 cup
- Cardamom ½ tsp
- Pistachio 50 gm
- Coconut 50 gm
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup
- FOR MALAI:
- Milk ½ cup
- Whole dried milk ½ cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
Method:
- Boil the milk. Then in a bowl whisk sugar, cardamom and corn flour and add to the milk.
- Once it is thick, add whole dried milk and allow it to cool.
- Then add to the molds and let it cool for a while.
- Now cook milk, whole dried milk and sugar.
- Then coat on a Qulfi and sprinkle with pistachio and coconut.
