Malai Murg Chana

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg 12 pcs
  • Oil 2 cups
  • Ginger garlic coarsely crushed 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 chopped
  • Chickpeas boiled 1 ¼ cup
  • Salt 2 tsp leveled
  • Coriander crushed 1 ½ tsp
  • Cumin crushed 2 tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Yogurt unwhipped 2 cups
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Deep fry chicken in 2 cups oil for 15 mins till light golden.
  2. Remove 1 ½ cup oil in the leftover ½ cup oil, leave the chicken in it.
  3. Add coarsely crushed ginger garlic, chopped green chilies, boiled chanay.
  4. Add salt and all the dry spices, then add yogurt, fry well, add cream fry
  5. Add ½ cup of more oil from fried chicken, garnish with chopped greens and ginger julienne.
