Malai Seekh Kabab by Zubaida Tariq in Handi

Ingredients:

  • Mince    ½ kg
  • Chopped onion    2
  • Green chilies10
  • Mint leaves    15
  • Green coriander    as required
  • Salt    1 tsp
  • Cream    3 tbsp
  • Red chili    1 tsp
  • All spice powder    1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste    1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Chop together ½ kg mince, chopped onio, 10 green chilies, 15 mint leaves, 2 tbsp green coriander
  2. Add 1 tsp salt, 3 tbsp cream, 2 tbsp green coriander
  3. Add 1 tsp All spice powder and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and grind it.
  4. Set the mixture on the BBQ sticks and grill them.
  5. Simmer it and serve it with tomatoes and onion rings.
