Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Green chilies 8 – 10
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream ½ cup
- Thick yogurt 125 gm
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Coal as required
Method:
- Cut chicken in cubes
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, yogurt, cumin, black pepper, fresh cream salt and 2 tbsp oil
- Give smoke of coal
- Put chicken boti, green chilies in the skewers
- Roast them on coal till gets a golden color
- Serve hot
