Ingredients
Beef (with Bone ) ½ Kg
Ginger Garlic (Slices) 2 tbsp
Chopped Tomatoes 2
Chopped Carrot 1
Onion (Slices) 1
Tamarind Pulp 2-3 tbsp
Malay Powder 2 tbsp
Crushed Nutmeg 1/3 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds ½ tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
All Spice Powder ½ tsp
For Malay Powder
Coriander Seeds 5 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds 2 tbsp
Whole Red Chilies 5-6
Black Pepper 4 tbsp
Cinnamon 4-5
Cardamom 4-5
Cloves 4-5
Turmeric Powder 2 tbsp
Method
For malay powder : Take a 5 tbsp of coriander seeds, 2 tbsp of cumin seeds, 2 tbsp of fennel seeds, 5-6 red whole chilies, 4 tbsp of cinnamon sticks, 4-5 black cardamom, 4-5 cloves roasted on a tawa pan and crushed it roasted on a tawa pan and make a powder. At last add 2 tbsp of turmeric powder and mix it well. For Malay Beef: take a cooking pan add 4 tbsp of oil, heat the oil ,add 2 tbsp of chopped ginger garlic and fry then add ½ kg of beef ( with bone) and fry. Now add ½ tsp of all spice powder, add to taste salt, 1/3 tsp of crushed nutmeg, ½ tsp of fenugreek seeds, 2 tbsp of malay powder mix it well and roasted. Now add 1 sliced onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 3-4 potatoes, 1 chopped carrot, and as required water cook until the beef and vegetable is tender. Then 2-3 tbsp of tamarind paste mix it well when the gravy thick take it in a serving dish and garnish with green chilies and serve it.
