Chicken (With Bone) 1kg
Garlic Cloves 5-6
Onion (Slices) 2
Crushed Red Chili 2 tbsp
Desiccated Coconut 1 cup
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Curry Leaves 8
Milk 2 cups
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take a cooking pan add 2 tbsp of oil, heat the oil add 2 slices onions and fry when the onions are soft and turns into pink color add 2 tbsp of crushed red chili, 5-6 cloves of garlic, 1 desiccated coconut , 1 tsp of turmeric powder fry 5-6 minutes then add 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, and add to taste salt, 8 curry leaves mix it well then add 2 cups of milk cook until the chicken is tender when the gravy is thicken take it out in a serving bowl. Malaysian coconut chicken is ready to serve.
