Malt Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • Evaporated milk 1 tin chilled
  • Condense milk 1 tin
  • Fresh cream whipped 1 ½ cup
  • Maltisers powder 2 sachet
  • Maltiser chocolate crush 1 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Beat chilled milk till double in volume.
  2. Mix in condense milk vanilla essence, powder, fold in fresh cream.
  3. Leave to set for 6 hours
  4. Open fold in coarsely crushed chocolate and freeze until set.
