Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast (cubed) 300 gms
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Ingredients for batter:
- Egg 1
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour 3 tbsp
- Baking Powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red Pepper (crushed) ½tsp
- Boiled Rice ½ kg
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Suree Sweet Sauce 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Ingredients for sauce:
- Capsicum (16 square) 1
- Orange Juice ¼cup
- Onion (chopped) ½ cup
- Soy 2 tbsp
- Stalk 1 cup
- Salt & Pepper ¼ tsp each
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Sweet Sauce 3 tbsp
- Suree Sriracha Sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt pepper and soy sauce.
- Dip chicken in prepared batter.
- Deep fry until golden.
Method for sauce:
- Heat oil; add onion and fry till transparent.
- Add in seasonings, stalk and orange juice.
- Thicken with corn flour paste.
- Add in fried chicken cubes.
- Serve with coleslaw and fried rice.
