Mandarin Chicken by Shireen Anwar at Masala Mornings

Ingredients:
Chicken Cubes            400 grams
Salt                        ½ tsp        
Pepper                    ½ tsp
Soya Sauce                1 tbsp
For Batter:
Egg                         1
Flour                    3 tbsp
Corn Flour                1 tbsp
Salt                        ½ tsp
Pepper                    ½ tsp
Baking Powder            ¼ tsp
For Sauce:
Capsicum                1 crushed
Orange Juice                1/3 cup
Finely Chopped Onion        1
Corn Flour                1 tsp
Soya Sauce                2 table spoon
Stock                     1 cup
Salt and Pepper             ¼ tsp each
Vinegar                    1 tbsp
Ketchup                    2 tbsp
Oil                        ¼ cup            

Method:
Marinate chicken cubes with salt, pepper and soya sauce. Make batter with all the ingredients.
Dip chicken cubes in prepared batter and deep fry.

For Sauce:
Heat oil add in onions and capsicum fry till transparent. Add in seasonings stock, orange juice. Lastly add in corn flour dissolved in little water. Remove when its thick. Add in fried chicken cubes served with fried rice and coleslaw salad.
