Mango Cake

Ingredients:

  • For Cake
  • Mango Pulp                             3 cups
  • Milk                                     250 grams
  • Cream                                2 cups
  • China Grass                             25 grams
  • Icing Sugar                             2 cups
  • Butter                                 as required
  • For Cake Base
  • Biscuits                                 as required
  • Butter                                 1 cup
  • For Topping
  • Mangoes                                 2 cups
  • China Grass                            10 grams
  • Icing Sugar                             ½ cup

Method:

  1. Take as required biscuit, 1 cup of butter blend it together mix it well.
  2. For cake: Take a cooking pan add 2 grams of mix it well dissolve
  3. Add 2 cups of cream, 2 cups of icing powder, 3cups of mango pulp mix it well and cook.
  4. Take a cake mold and grease it with butter now add the base and mixture set it
  5. Let it cool down on room temperature then place the mold in the refrigerator.
  6. For Topping : Take 10 grams of china grass dissolve into water add ½ cup of icing sugar
  7. Add 2 cups of mango (cubes) mix it well take it out the cake mold
  8. Add the topping and then again place it on refrigerator.
  9. Take it out and serve it.
