Ingredients:
Biscuit crumbs 2 cup
Butter 50 gms
Ingredients Of Fillings:
Cream Cheese 1 bottle
Sugar Powder 1 cup
Mango Pulp 1 cup
Mango Jelly 1 packet
Cream 2 packet
Mango Essence ½ tsp
Gelatin Powder 2 tbsp
Method:
• In a bowl add biscuit crumbs, butter and mix well .
• Add in mold press and inside fridge.
• For making fillings:
• In separate bowl, add gelatin powder soak in warm water.
• In separate pan, add cream cheese, cream, sugar powder, mango essence, mango pulp beat with the help of beater.
• Now add mixture in mold, put in fridge for 2 hours.
• Heat water add jelly and cook.
• Pour in cake and serve hot.
